​Dog Training (1 to 1 and group sessions)

​

• I will keep my dog on a lead unless instructed otherwise

• I won’t approach other dogs unless instructed. This includes when entering and exiting.

• I will ensure that my dog has a Chip ID and a suitable ID tag. 

• I will only use the appropriate equipment and training methods. No equipment or methods that harm the dog will be allowed.

• Harming or verbally abusing dogs will not be tolerated.  

• I will give reasonable notice if I cannot make a session if possible.

• I will always have poo bags.

• I will wear appropriate clothing. Sensible shoes and nothing too loose or loud that could upset a dog.

• I will ensure that payments are made before the training starts or in cash on the day.

• I will respect others regardless of sexuality, race, gender, disability, or any other factor.

• I will follow my instructor's instructions.

• I am responsible for the behaviour of any accompanying observers.

• I will disclose any known behavioural issues of my dog before starting sessions.

• The dog must be fully vaccinated and up to date on boosters.

Dog Walking 

• I will disclose any known behavioural issues of my dog before the first meeting.

• I will ensure that my dog has a Chip ID and a suitable ID tag. 

• If possible, I will give reasonable notice if I need to cancel a session.

• I will ensure that payments are made before the walk starts or in cash on the day.
